Welcome to Flowing Blocks. By downloading, installing, or playing the Game, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Game.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Blue Sea Software ("we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using Flowing Blocks (the "Game"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Game. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

3. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the Game for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms.

You may NOT:

• Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Game
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game
• Sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the Game
• Use the Game for any commercial purpose

4. User Accounts

The Game may create an account associated with your device or linked to your Google Play or Apple account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

5. In-App Purchases

The Game may offer virtual items and currency for purchase ("In-App Purchases"). All In-App Purchases are:

• Final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law
• Processed through Google Play or Apple App Store
• Subject to the payment terms of the applicable platform

Virtual items and currency have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash.

6. Game Coins and Virtual Items

Game coins, items, and other virtual goods earned or purchased within the Game are licensed to you, not sold. We reserve the right to manage, modify, or remove virtual items at any time for game balance, technical, or business reasons.

7. Fair Play and Anti-Cheat

You agree to play the Game fairly. The following are prohibited:

• Using cheats, hacks, exploits, bots, or unauthorized third-party software
• Modifying the Game client, server communications, or game data
• Manipulating scores, leaderboards, or game outcomes
• Exploiting bugs or glitches for unfair advantage (please report them instead)

We employ server-side validation to detect irregular gameplay. Violations may result in score invalidation, loss of virtual items, or account suspension without prior notice.

8. Intellectual Property

All content in the Game, including but not limited to graphics, music, sound effects, code, and game design, is owned by Blue Sea Software and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

9. Availability and Updates

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the Game at any time without notice. We do not guarantee that the Game will be available at all times or in all regions.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BLUE SEA SOFTWARE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE GAME.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
